The independent musician's network. Find your stage, your bandmates, and your people — wherever you are.
The best music has always traveled. It starts in a room, a porch, a crossroads — and it finds the world on its own terms. SoundPost is built on that same conviction: that serious, independent musicians everywhere deserve a network built for the craft, not the algorithm.
SoundPost was born in the American South — where the blues crossed the Delta, where country found its voice in the hills, where rock and roll was invented in a two-room studio. The South did not keep its music. It gave it to the world. We intend to do the same.
Every independent musician knows the feeling. You walk into a venue with your card. The manager shrugs. You send emails into silence. You post online and hear nothing back. The gigs go to whoever already has the gigs. Everywhere in the world, the story is the same.
SoundPost was built to change that.
"I wasn't looking for a record deal. I was looking for a room full of people who wanted to listen. That room was harder to find than it should have been." — Every independent musician, everywhere
One gig covers your membership for the year. Everything else is yours.
The blues left Mississippi and became the Beatles. Country left Appalachia and became a global language. Rock and roll left the Delta and changed everything it touched. Great music was never meant to stay in one place. Neither was the network built to support it. SoundPost started in the South because that is where the roots run deep. But the door is open to every serious musician, everywhere, who has ever been told the answer is no.
Born in the South. Built for the World.
